Everything after you send the invoice.
Here's what Duely does, in plain words.

Stop guessing who to chase.
Know who needs you before you open your inbox.
Action Center
A short list of the clients who need a personal follow-up, most urgent first. Each one says why: how much is overdue, how late it is, what's waiting for your approval and when automation sends next. Clients that a reminder, a recent payment or a recent follow-up is already handling are left out, so the list stays short.
Payment promises
When a client says they'll pay by Friday, record it. If Friday passes without the money, they come back to the top of the list.
Partial payments
Record part payments against an invoice and Duely keeps the running balance, so you always know what's actually left.
Activity and notes
Every reminder, payment, late fee and follow-up for a client in one timeline, plus private notes your clients never see. You have the full story before you pick up the phone.
Weekly digest
A Monday-morning email, in your own timezone, with what's owed, what's overdue and who needs you this week.
Take the anxiety out of following up.
Reminders go out on time and sound like you wrote them.
Schedules and sequences
Send the same reminder every few days, or build a sequence of different emails, from a friendly heads-up before the due date to a firmer note once it's late.
Approve or autopilot
By default every reminder waits in a queue for you to read, edit and approve. Nothing goes out until you do. Turn on auto-send for the clients you trust.
Sent from your Gmail
Connect Google and reminders go out from your own address. Clients reply to you, not to a no-reply inbox, and the conversation stays human.
Polite, neutral or firm
Choose the tone for each rule: warm and understanding, clear and professional, or firm.
Statements
Send a client one statement of everything they owe instead of an email per invoice, on its own schedule.
Stop being treated like a free bank.
Late fees and firmer rules for the clients who earn them.
Late fee policies
A flat amount or a percentage, charged once, weekly or monthly, after a grace period you choose. Fees can be charged automatically or queued for your approval first.
Client groups
Put clients into groups like key accounts or slow payers, and give each group its own reminders and late fees. Gentle for the people you want to keep, firmer for the ones who keep you waiting.
Pause per client
Already talking to a client about a bill? Pause their reminders so an automated email never lands in the middle of a conversation.
End the “can you resend that invoice?” emails.
Every client gets one link with everything they owe.
Client portal
A private link for each client with their balance, what's overdue, what's coming up and a way to pay. No login, no password. Every reminder includes it.
Balances to the cent
Credit notes and part payments are taken off, so the portal, the client page and your books all show the same number.
Client pages
What a client owes now, split into paid, credited, due soon and overdue, with how late they usually pay and a year of invoicing and payment history.
Contacts with fallback
Add several contacts per client. Reminders go to the primary one, and if an email bounces Duely tries the next.
Escape the manual data entry trap.
Your books stay the source of truth.
Xero or QuickBooks
Connect your accounting software once. Invoices, payments and credit notes arrive on their own and stay up to date as things change. No CSV uploads, no copy-pasting.
Payments written back
Record a payment in Duely and it's written back to Xero or QuickBooks, so you never enter it twice.
Multi-currency
Every balance is shown in the currency the invoice was raised in, so clients billed in different currencies stay separate.
Several organisations
Run more than one business, or several clients' books, under one login and switch between them.
Analytics
How much you've collected over time, how overdue your receivables are, and how many invoices get paid on time.
Unlimited team, CSV export
Invite your whole team at no extra cost, and export your data whenever you want it.
